Each week host *********** and his team on 1010 AM KXXT will bring you gameday coverage of
valley events, sometimes sports, sometimes it will be other
Entertainment events. Currently we are covering ALL the games in the
Statewide ARIZONA FOOTBALL LEAGUE - AzFL.
They have teams around the Valley of the Son as
well as teams in Sierra Vista, Tucson and Flagstaff. All the teams play
every Saturday from January - May, now in it's 14th season the AzFL is
Club Football. The AzFL has had four of it's players go on to play for
the Arizona Rattlers, Siaha Burley a current Rattler played in the AzFL
as did Deuce Lutui, now a linemen for the NFL AZ Cardinals.
The AzFL is 11 man, full contact tackle football
for players 18 years and older. There are players younger playing with
parental permission. One of those, a young man that did not play
football in High School earned a spot at a JC in another state several
years ago as a punter. This spring he will be on a University campus
punting. We will feature him soon.
Weekly coverage will include game recaps from ALL
five games each Saturday. Plus interviews with coaches and players. The
show is on BOTH 1280 AM and 1010 AM each Saturday night 8-10 PM. PLUS on
web WORLDWIDE streaming. Let all your family and friends know they can
follow their favorite teams and players.
Coming in the Fall of 2008 coverage
of the Junior Arizona Football League - Club Football
