San Jose Rings Rattlers Necks |

Photos & Story By: Kevin Pakos for S&E News What's a Guy supposed to do? He planned, prepared, coached and led his team as if they could win against a Championship team. Heck, last year he helped San Jose become a Championship team and to get another ring. But at the end of the night in Cali he was winless and ringless as he prepared for the long trip back into the desert with his Snakebit crew. The Sabercats just finished putting a good old fashioned 63-43 whupping on their former young assistant coach.
Watching the game from Phoenix it was clear that the squad is getting better. The question is; will it come together in time. This week the Rattlers got some stops, forced some field goals and had some INT's. But this game is all about offense and scoring each time they have the ball. Rattler FB/LB Asi Faoa did some damage and had a
big game scoring a couple of touchdowns. One was a 23 yard run on a
screen pass. (can you have a screen pass on a field no wider then a hall
closet?) Coach Guy and his staff is good, aggressive and hungry. On game day in Phoenix last week he was twice as hungry, good thing he had some cash on him or he and his staff would have gone without a pre-game meal. One final thought on the new Rattler HC. AZ has
found their Guy, stick with him, support him, feed him on game day
please and he will make the fans in Phoenix proud. Then maybe we can
bring back the loud....
This game will be discussed as will every game on the weekly radio shows "Game of the Week" and "Amazing Performances" heard each week on 1010 AM KXXT. Game of the Week is a Saturday night 8-10 PM weekend sports wrap show that covers all Arizona teams. The Friday 3-4 PM show Amazing Performances has features that showcase the best in sports and entertainment.
