This is our Man of the Year Award. It goes to a player that upholds the values of the game. Shows respect for his team mates, friends and the league. The winner must be involved in giving back to the community in some tangible way. Vince has gone above and beyond in every category.

Not only is he the GM of the Raiders and a player that gives complete support to his coaching staff. But he also made himself available to help the AzFL in it's community service. He spent a full day each week from August through September volunteering as we worked with the NFL Cardinals at kids events statewide.

Vince and his team mates also took it upon themselves to participate in a blood drive, a food drive and also volunteered at city events for youth and troubled kids. On the food drive he made sure that extra food was purchased for the holidays so that more families could be helped.

Vince has a beautiful daughter of his own and still finds time to help others.

He has demonstrated the spirit and will of a sportsman, champion, and friend while playing through unimaginable tragedy. Before season began he buried a cousin and grandfather. Early in the season he lost his infant daughter in a car crash. Later in the year he lost a sister. Despite these events Chacobe remained close to his team mates, family and friends. More importantly he remained an upright man taking life one day at a time. Showing us how men should act.
On his medallion are the images of the people that raised him, his grandparents. Also his sister and daughter. So he will always have them close to his heart he has several, one he keeps with him and the other in his work truck.
